Can I only get the certificate without taking the course?
Yes, you can get the certificate without watching all the lectures. The certificate comes with the 1-year and longer versions of the course.
To get the certificate, you have to pass the final online exam. That's the only must. If you already know the topics, you can take the exam right away. Or you can watch lectures first and take it later. Your choice.
The exam is open anytime during your access period. Take it when you feel ready.
